Compatibility with LeafletSlider plugin

This example is directly adapted from LeafletSlider demo page. The only difference is that the Layer Group is first checked into an MCG Layer Support group that is added on map, before the sliderControl is created.

Note: most other Leaflet plugins should also be compatible with MCG Layer Support.
